We operate a 7 day peace of mind return policy. All items are quality checked prior to leaving our distribution depot. In the unlikely event you inspect your goods and they appear to have damage on the outside packaging please do not sign for or accept delivery of the item/s. The delivery driver will notify us and we will contact you immediately to arrange a replacement delivery or a 100% full refund, whichever suits you best. Please note we do not accept "goods received unsigned" or "unchecked", it is the receivers responsibility to sign for the goods "received in good order".
If you would like to return the goods for any other reason you may. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect re-saleable condition, unused or undamaged within seven days from receipt of delivery. Upon receiving any returned goods our quality control department will inspect the returned goods and authorise a full refund of the purchase price. The cost to deliver the goods is not refundable and any cost/s incurred returning the goods is at the buyers expense. Items which have been assembled and/or part assembled cannot be refunded.
