This is a brand new and boxed item, exactly as what we would sell in our highstreet shop. All prices at the end of the auctions include VAT.
We deliver items in either blue postal bags or good quality, second user boxes that have been reused from our suppliers.
Payment:
Payment of items can be made either by Paypal, Cheque or Paypal E-Cheque. However items paid via Cheque or Paypal E-Cheque will only be sent out once funds have cleared. (Cheque upto 10 days and Paypal E-Cheque upto 14 days).

Shipping:
We dispatch from Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all items using Royal Mail 1st Class or 24 Hour Courier.
Please note: Items of high value will be tracked and traced and therefore will require a signature.
Delivery charges stated are for the UK Mainland only. For offshore and international deliveries please contact us first before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds:
Always contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item. We try our very hardest to resolve any problems that may occur. Items can be returned as long as they are in resalable condition with original packaging. Cookingtime2005 will not cover any postage costs for returns unless they have any manufacturing defects. We can provide a refund or replacement upon request.
