Terms and Conditions Opening Hours We are open Monday to Friday Occasionally, we are out of the office collecting stock and dispatching orders. Dispatch Goods are kept in stock at all times. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment being received but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Larger items sent via 48 hour courier are required to be booked in for collection, this can sometimes delay dispatch. Postage and Packaging We try to keep postage costs down as much as possible and are kept to the minimum. However, we have to pass on a small charge towards the packaging costs of sending the product. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, you should allow 3-5 working days for goods to arrive. Maximum postage charged is £7.25 for up to 25kg. This applies to the Combined Postage We offer a 35% discount on combined purchases. Payment Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. We accept payment by Paypal and Postal Order. Return Policy Please email with any problems within 7 days of auction ending and we can arrange a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned within 14 days of auction ending and this is the responsibility of the buyer. Postage will not be refunded and if you are exchanging goods the buyer is responsible for the extra postage for the replacement item. Problems with Delivery Royal Mail If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from the date of dispatch please feel free to contact us. We always obtain proof of postage for this purpose and because of this WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN THE POST but will assist you with a claim. Please note the Post Office will not follow up a lost item complaint until 15 working days have passed. If in any doubt please use Recorded Delivery for an extra 75p, please request this at checkout. 48Hour Courier All items sent via 48Hour courier require a signature on delivery and use tracking numbers so are easily traced. Undelivered Parcel If a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to failure to collect or to re-arrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.
