Returning goods:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone (0870 7669124) or email (sales@classicsagogo.com) within 7 days and we will exchange it or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us. Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence they were posted. Goods will be exchanged only if they have original, undamaged packaging and have not been used.
If goods arrive damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, but within 7 days, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product we reserve the right not to issue a refund. |
