CLOTHES 4 LITTLE PEOPLE warrants that the product delivered will be of satisfactory quality within the means of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and be reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are intended to be used. Clothes 4 Little People offer a six months guarantee on all items. This guarantee is offered against manufacturing faults and does not provide any protection against the misuse of an item.

Clothes for Little People shall not be liable for a breach of the Warranty unless you give written notice of the defect to Clothes For Little People within 14 days of the time when you discover or ought to have discovered the defect and in any event within the period of the Warranty.

Clothes for Little People shall not be liable for a breach of the Warranty if:
(a) you make any further use of such Products after giving such notice; or
(b) the defect arises because you failed to follow Clothes for Little People's oral or written instructions or the instructions set out in the manufacturer's product manual as to the construction, storage, use or maintenance of the Products; or
(c) you alter or repair such Products without the written consent of Clothes for little people.

If any of the Products do not conform with the Warranty Clothes for Little People and/or the manufacturer of the Products shall at its option repair or replace such Products (or the defective part) or refund the price paid for such Products against production by you of a valid receipt provided that you return the Products or the part of such Products which is defective to Clothes for Little People. Any other refunds or exchanges in respect of unused Products with their original packaging where there is no breach of the Warranty or any of the warranties shall be at Clothes for Little People's discretion and in any event a refund or exchange will not be considered by Clothes for Little People more than 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery.

If you do have a problem, we ask you to contact us immediately and we will endeavour to solve the matter with the help and advice of the manufacturer. The cost of the item being returned to us will be at your expense but we will cover the cost of the item being returned to you if deemed a manufacturing fault. If once the item has been sent to the manufacturer and they deem the fault is due to misuse, we will either return the product to you not repaired but at your expense or supply you with a price for the item to be repaired. Again the cost of dispatching the item back to you will be at your expense. It is our policy to seek the advice of the manufacturer on these issues and our final decision will be based on their engineer's opinion. We will always abide by the manufacturers decision.
