All returns must be in original packing and condition.

UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM
Please check box for any damage (large tears or flattened corners)
Inspect product for any visible signs of damage
If you notice damage or you are unsure, you must sign for it as damaged
If this is not noted we are not able to claim from the courier company!!!!!! Also you, the buyer, have accepted the product.

POSTAGE-DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All damages must be reported within 48 Hours

FAILED DELIVERIES
All deliveries will require a signature.
If package is not signed for, you will be carded, if the item is not too big it will be left at your local Post Office and larger items will be taken back to the Parcelforce Depot in your Area.
