* Medium-size branch offices that have some remote users dialing in through modem racks; a Cisco 3640 with up to three NM-16A or NM-32A, 16- or 32-port async network modules connected to the modem rack (with optional custom cables) allows up to 96 dial-in users to connect to the branch office

* Medium-size branch offices that have a requirement for a high-density terminal server; a Cisco 3640 with up to three NM-16A or NM-32A, 16- or 32-port async network modules connected to the modem rack (with optional custom cables) allows up to 96 terminals to be connected

We ship all our goods using a next day service. Smaller and lower value items using Royal Mail 1st class (we always get a certificate of posting). Or larger more valuable items a registered courier.

An email is automatically sent when we dispatch the goods, if your goods are sent using via courier we will email the tracking number.

On the rare occasions your goods are late please note we can only initiate a track with the Post Office when a delivery is 5 days overdue.  The Royal Mails performance is 98% next working day delivery for 1st class post.

Our handling times are less than 24 hours, our order cut off is 3:00pm Mon - Friday. Any orders received after this will be dispatched the next working day.
