You can get 1 year warranty  with 3%  payment of the sellingprice or 2 year warranty with 5% payment of the sellingprice.

RETURN POLICY

All Sales in this auction are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. Merchandise found to be defective can be exchanged for the same item only or money back warranty in case no replacement item. You must contact BIRCON for the Return Authorization number within 5 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges occured to send the item to us. BIRCON only covers the cost of sending customer a replacement item. ALL shipping and processing fees are not refundable under any circumstances. RMA number must be assigned to All returned merchandise. All items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to get an RMA number. We will refuse the merchandise returned without an RMA number. Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and licenses can not be returned, no exceptions.
