Cinderella on Ice – Empress Hall, London S.W.6., 1950s show Programme.

This is a 9½” x 8” 12-page programme that was sold at the Empress Hall, London, S.W.6., in the early-mid 1950s where the show Cinderella on Ice was taking place one Christmas. (I have no idea which particular year I am afraid, although would guess at around 1954 or 1955). It contains the running order of the show, a cast and credit list, + many photos of the performers in the show. (Including the character Flook from the Daily Mail newspaper!) Strangely for this sort of item there are no adverts cluttering it up and most of the space is taken up with the photos. The Programme has just one small fault in that the bottom couple of inches of the spine has a neat split on the fold but other than that it is in good clean condition with no rips or scribbles etc.
