Cigarette Cards GAME BIRDS & WILD FOWL 1927 - CAT. £70

On offer is a full set of 50 cigarette cards issued by John Player & Sons in 1927, entitled "GAME BIRDS AND WILD FOWL".  

The cards are original, NOT reproductions. 

The condition of the set is very good.

The 2008 catalogue price was £70.00.

Plastic sleeves are included.   

You will find that my cards represent some of the best value on eBay or elsewhere, for the following reasons:-

1.   I bought most of the cards many years ago.

2.   I didn`t have to pay present day auction prices, so I don`t have to ask silly prices when I sell.

3.   I do my best to grade them fairly.

4.   I provide large scans - not small ones which hide the defects, or scans of just the best cards.

5.   I do not enhance my scans.   What you see is what you get, though please bear in mind that most scanners tend to make the borders look whiter than they really are.

N.B. All my sleeved sets are despatched in board backed envelopes with extra padding, not rammed into bubble bags with no extra protection, which is how I have received some cards in the past.

Postage & handling is £1.85p.
