Every so often you may want to return an item and I want you to be completely happy, so, if there are any problems
please let me know via email within 7 days and return the item within 14 days. 
That's right! If when it arrives you have changed your mind or you don't like the look of it just return it (within the 14 days) and I will refund the price of the goods.
You are advised you to return via on-line tracking service.
Please also include your name, address and eBay ID with the item to ensure a speedy refund. 
Please return the item back in the condition sent complete with all tags, packaging, etc. and in the same clean and smoke-free condition it was sent out.
Return postage to be paid by buyer.
Full payment for goods will be refunded.
Refund will be paid via the same method as original payment.
If the item is found to be faulty or significantly different to the description, I will refund the outgoing and return postage.
