Please note these items have had no form of external safety testing but each one is individually checked prior to despatch. As of yet we have had no complaints or returns over the safety of our products or anything else and we are happy to use them for our own children.

Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal to provide greater protection for the seller and buyer together. We also accept uncrossed Postal Orders for UK sales only, all International sales must be completed through PayPal. If paying by PayPal please complete payment within two days of purchasing. If you would like to pay by Postal Order then please contact us within two days of purchase to inform us of your intention.

For the majority of orders received by 8:30pm Monday to Friday we aim to make that evening and post out the next day by First Class Post, however there is the rare occasion that this is not possible, in the event of this we will endeavour to have your order made and posted within two days of payment. All orders received over the weekend will be made and despatched on Monday by First Class Post (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note we can not be held responsible for failure of delivery of your items due to Royal Mail failings. We do however obtain proof of postage from the Post Office for all items sent.

Please note we currently have no Light Blue Ribbon with Footprints on or the Light Pink with 3 Hearts inside each other as pictured with the name ESME. We will update our page once we have more of these in stock.
