For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Orders we receive are processed within 48 hours as an absolute maximum. We aim to process your order is within 4 working hours and endeavour to despatch orders received by 11:00 on the same day if the item is in stockYour order will arrive to you by either Royal Mail or an independent carrier depending on weight and product specification.
