Please note : When comparing products please be aware that the volume of water within the towel rail is the factor which affects heat output and not simply the thickness of the bars, this is purely an aesthetic factor and up to the individual's personal taste.
Our manufacturer uses a larger than average number of horizontal bars to achieve the water capacity and larger surface area, therefore the high heat output of these products.
The thickness of the chrome does also have a slight effect on reducing heat output but thicker chrome plating gives a more lustrous finish and of course means that it will not rust or flake early in the lifetime of the product.
