POSTAGE COSTS   We try to be as fair as possible with postage prices.  All our prices are worked out at Royal Mail first class postage cost + 50p (max) packaging costs.  For multiple purchases we always ask that you wait for us to send you a revised invoice, then we can issue you with the appropriate discounts.  First class postage costs can be found at royalmail.com.  Any concerns you may have over postage costs please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

DELIVERY  All our orders are sent using Royal Mail first class post.  Any orders over £15 are automatically sent recorded post for added peace of mind! For heavier items we use a courier, a tracking number will be sent to you if applicable.  For these services a signature will be required so if you could make sure someone will be available for the delivery that would be great!  If you require items urgently we can send using Royal Mail special delivery, but please email us first for a quote.  We always send orders within our 2 day handling time then its down to the good old post office to deliver within their 1-2 days for first class.  If there are any problems with your order you will be notified within 24 hours and kept up to date.

OVERSEAS BUYERS  We welcome orders from overseas and love to see you all on our map of the world!  For multiple overseas orders please email for a postage quote.  Airmail to Europe usually takes 3-5 days and Rest of the World is up to 10 days.  These times are a guide only and obviously depends on our good old post office.  We cannot guarantee postal delivery times, but orders always leave us within 2 days!

MUNCHKINS NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE   If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we will replace the item or issue a full refund once item is returned. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your order so we can sort this out for you.  For damaged or faulty items we will re-imburse postage.  If the item is returned through buyers choice then the buyer will pay return postage.
