If your item is faulty
We offer either a full refund or replacement service for faulty goods purchased from us.
all claims for faulty goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item is not wanted, but is in the original perfect condition.
If the item is not wanted, or not what you expected then you can return it to us in its original packaging and unused condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The value of your refund will be the amount paid less £2.00 per item to cover administration costs.

Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. All returns should be sent 'Recorded Delivery' to ensure receipt.
