Christmas Angel ORIGINAL PAINTING gothic fairy xmas art

"Christmas Candle" is the title - possibly my favourite Christmas painting I've done yet!  This is actually intended as the December image on my 2012 Calendar (yeah, the publishers plan the 2012 calendars in 2009 still, lol).  It is beautiful - an angelic creature cradling a candle with garlands of poinsettias and other holiday hoopla about her.  I love it!  This really is a stunning piece - it truly can be the focus of any room.  This is an ORIGINAL PAINTING - not a print of any kind!  It is on WOOD CRADLED MASONITE - Matt has added a hanger on the back, so it is READY TO HANG!  No frame needed!  Of course you can always add a frame if you want (if it's gallery profile, as this is  2" thick!), but she looks awesome by herself too.  I've painted the wooden sides a glossy black, so it looks pretty sharp.  I hope you enjoy looking at it, and maybe even adding it to your collection. It has a great deal of detail in it, and of course everything looks nicer in real life than in the low-quality scan. You are bidding on a signed and dated original painting by fantasy artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith (aka Strangeling). It is the actual painting and NOT a print.  Actual painting is MUCH more lovely, detailed and higher quality than the low-resolution scan. The copyright watermark is just for the auction, it's not in the actual painting! It may have been cropped or discoloured slightly by my scanner.
