Returns will be accepted within 14 working days of receipt.  Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this. 

Lost or damaged items in transit are covered by insurance which is included in the postage charges.  This does not cover the cost of postage only the cost of the item.   The PO do not refund postage unfortunately this means I cannot refund postage either.

Please bear in mind that the Post Office will not count items as lost until 15 working days have passed so you must allow this time plus time for a claim to be investigated before I can refund.   

Damaged  items should be returned to the seller by RECORDED Delivery to enable a claim to be made.    

If you change your mind about something or it is not suitable then I will accept the return PROVIDING it is in the condition it was sent.   The buyer will be responsible for all postages charges in this case.
