Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

For payments by credit card call us on 0141 552 8888

Please make payment within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in us having to register an 'unpaid item case' simply to claim a refund on our Ebay fees.

Shipping

Depending on the weight of the product, we ship our products using Royal Mail first class or a 24 hour courier which include CityLink, DHL and UPS.

Please note: For curtain poles we only deliver to mainland UK. If you are outwith the UK mainland please contact us for a quote.

Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm. Please inform us of an alternative delivery address if there will be no one at home. Our couriers will make two attempts to delivery your order, after this they will return the order to us. There will be an additional charge to re-send the order to you.

Items are dispatched within 2 working days of a cleared payment (often much quicker) We do not dispatch at the weekend and items sent by courier are not delivered at the weekend.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Returns

We have a no hassle returns policy and you may return your purchase for any reason.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. All packaging must be returned. Any products not returned with their packaging intact will be refused a refund or replacement.

We will not accept any curtains that have been altered or if the curtain tape has been pulled.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the return postage cost.
