I wrap all items well, in strong / sturdy card or boxes and will not be held responsible for damage caused during shipping. If any such damage occurs I will be happy to help where I will where I can, with proof of posting etc, but where the problem has obviously been caused in the postal system then your issue is with the postal people, not with me.
I will be happy to receive back any item that differs from my description. (Size / Colour / Condition etc) If this is the case I will pay the cost of posting it back to me. But I will NOT pay the postage if there is no real reason for it being returned. |
