This small stoneware dish was made during the
14th/15th century at the Longquan kilns in Zhejiang province. It is
heavily-potted, with a foliate rim and incised scrolling pattern, and coated in

1. PAYMENT METHODS
YOU CAN PAY US DIRECT BY CARD
Our
invoice and payment instructions will be sent
to
your email address after the auction.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU
HAVE RECEIVED OUR
INVOICE WITH EXACT POSTAGE & INSURANCE COSTS.
We
accept payment by the following methods:
1.
(Preferred)
Credit card (Visa or MasterCard etc.) for full buyer protection.
This is the quickest, easiest and most convenient payment method. We have our own card processing facilities without the need for any
payment "intermediary" or "service provider". Your card details can be sent to us in total safety using our secure
server. You
even have the option of telephoning us to pay.
Other
payment methods:
2.
Internet bank transfer (UK customers).
3.
Personal cheques (known UK customers only).
4.
Bank / wire transfer (for international customers).
5.
Cash. You are welcome to visit us to collect your purchase and pay
cash upon collection. If you wish to pay by this method please let us
know immediately after the end of the auction so that we do not waste
time and materials packing the item.
6.
Paypal. Please note that "PayPal is only a
Payment Service
Provider" and we
recommend that all customers read and understand Paypal's
terms
and conditions before choosing to pay by this method.
The
UK postage estimate we have given in this listing is only for standard postage,
assuming payment is made by a method other than Paypal.
If payment is
made by Paypal, we must send the item by a trackable courier service which will
be more expensive.
2. GUARANTEE
All
of our items are Guaranteed to be Genuine and of the Period Stated.
-
Our
Guarantee has No Time Limit.
With over 40 years experience in Asian Art & Antiques
with retail premises here in Brighton we are pleased to offer our
customers this guarantee without time limit. A
genuine antique is, of course, genuine for all time and not
just for ten days or a month and so sellers not offering such a
guarantee as ours should probably be avoided. We
do not sell for other dealers; we sell only our own stock.
3. SHIPPING - POSTAGE & PACKING
Note:
it is now compulsory for us to enter a UK postage amount when listing items on
eBay. Although we can estimate the postage cost, the exact amount will not be
known until the item is packed and weighed; we charge you the actual postage
cost - we do not charge you an estimated amount.
Postage
- we do
not inflate our postage costs; we quote to you what the Post
Office quotes to us.
The estimate for UK postage that we have given for this item is
for the standard postal service. Where payment is made by Paypal,
we must send the item by a trackable courier service which will be more
expensive.
We prefer the Royal Mail for inland and overseas shipping, and can use any
of their express or guaranteed services if required. Other courier
services can also be used and estimates
of shipping costs can be quoted at any time.
Packing Materials: For many items we make no charge for packing materials. Although we re-use as much
packing material as possible, we may make a nominal charge for new
materials used. Any such charge will be at or below our cost
price.
Handling & Packing: The packing of fragile items takes
time and care yet we make no handling charge for this
service.
Whenever
possible, multiple purchases are packed together to minimise
shipping costs.
4. INSURANCE
-
This
is optional and is charged at 2% of the total cost with
no minimum charge.
-
The
insurance cost is automatically added to the total amount due
unless we are advised that insurance is not required.
-
We
cannot offer insurance for items sent overseas by surface mail.
