Will my item be in the condition described?
We try very hard to accurately describe each and every item! Items are double and triple checked, although rarely one will escape our scrutiny and be mis-listed. We maintain a fairly high inventory level (less than half of our items are listed on eBay) and we aren't perfect. Please contact us for any discrepancies in the listing. And rest assured, any mistakes will be entirely accidental! We genuinely appreciate our customers and try to do whatever we can to make them happy.

Why isn't there a picture in your listing?
Our listings are populated with stock pictures provided by eBay. Sometimes eBay does not provide a stock picture. If you would like to see the actual item, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will upload one promptly upon request. Also, please be aware that eBay's stock picture may have different cover art than our copy.

Why is your item so high priced?
We sell books on multiple venues and our prices are based on Amazon's current marketplace prices. Please do not email asking why an item is priced so high, as this will generally be our answer. Also note that we offer thousands of items priced at $1.00!

How often do you ship and how long will it take for me to receive my item?
Most weeks, we ship daily (Monday - Friday). If an order is received before 8 am CST, it will be shipped that day. Orders after that normally ship the next day. We provide two shipping options for orders in the US, Media Mail and Priority Mail. If you choose Media Mail, please be aware that it is a slower class of mail. Most Media Mail packages will arrive in 1-2 weeks, but in more rare instances, delivery may take up to 3 weeks. If your item is less than 7 ounces, we will upgrade shipment from Media Mail to First Class for free. Priority Mail is normally delivered in 2-3 business days. All Priority items come with Delivery Confirmation for free and Media Mail items are upgraded to Delivery Confirmation if they are over $10. All purchases over $70 are mailed insured.

How much is shipping?
In most cases:
For Media Mail, the first item is $3.99, and in most cases, each additional is $1.49. For Priority mail, the first item is $6.99, and in most cases, each additional is $4.99. Due to size, occassionally Priority Mail will cost $9.99 instead of $6.99. These prices are our standard shipping charges and they cover the vast majority of our books. However, occassionally shipping will be more if the item is very oversized. If you have questions regarding your shipping amount, please contact us directly.

What about INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
In most cases, we charge $13.49 for standard international and for expedited international, we charge $17.99. If the item is oversized, it can easily jump from $13.49 up to $39.99+! Please contact us directly for international shipping charges. Since the USPS stopped providing Economy International mail, it varies widely.
