- All packages will be sent out 24-48 hours after payment has been received (excluding weekends, bank holidays and of course postal strikes).
- All dvds, cd’s and books are from my own well looked after collection. Most of the dvds have only been watched once, which means they are all in mint condition. Cd’s will have been played slightly more, but are kept in excellent condition, unless otherwise stated.
- None of my dvds are copies they are original and will arrive complete with original case

- I cannot take responsibility for packages not arriving, I have receipts to show when they have left, should you need to make sure it arrives safely, may I suggest adding on the amount for recorded delivery service.
- At present I am unable to do discounts on postage as I only send out dvd size and cd size envelopes, however, if there is a demand for it, I shall look into other size packages and provide discounts
- I always provide feed back for my buyers and alert you to when your package will be sent
