*Due to a number of losses when sending items overseas, most valuable items purchased by customers abroad must be sent with Priority, signed for and insured postage. This is an additional £3.70 as charged to us by Royal Mail. We are unable to send items without this cover when shown in postage costs and gives you the customer piece of mind that your item is on its way. *(Items which reach £30.00 or more will only be sent via International signed for)

We pack to the very highest standards on your behalf. Our postal & packing charges are normally charged at £1.00 approx for materials and labour on parcels and 50p approx for smaller items and books and most items sent in Jiffy bags.

We recognise that once you have purchased your item and payment has been received you would like it sent as quickly as possible. We always, whenever possible pack and post the following day at the latest. Weekends and Bank Holidays excepted. Our parcels always carry the date the item was packed on the address label, and we will always contact you if there is any delay in posting. We are not responsible for postal hold ups or delays which can occur, please feel free to contact us if you experience any delay we want you to be 100% delighted with the service you receive. Items paid for by cheque are posted after clearance
