Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt if not as described or damaged.  All items are quality checked prior to shipment, but mistakes can happen. Please contact me within 2 days to advise me of any problems.  I will refund the cost of the item, less postage, less ebay selling and final value fees.   A 20% handling charge will be incurred to cover restocking and administration charges, this will be deducted from any refund offered.  Initial Postage charges cannot be refunded or reimbursed. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened if you require a refund if you change your mind.  Most problems or queries can be amiably resolved - so please contact me prior to the return of any item or leaving feedback. I aim to have happy satisfied customers.
