At present I am enrolled on the Early Years Professional Status Postgraduate Study Programme delivered by Northampton University. One of the requirements of this programme is that I complete a leadership module. To enable me to do this as a sole practitioner I have developed a number resources to help childminders effectively deliver the EYFS in a home setting. I present these to local childminding groups . My aim is to "help improve the practice of others" which is one of the programme outcomes. I am assessed on my effectiveness in doing this.

I have fully reviewed my practice in order to work within the EYFS framework. I have modified policies, procedures and my practice accordingly in order to meet these requirements.

This portfolio is constantly being updated as new EYFS information is disseminated to us. It contains much of the evidence you need to present to prospective parents and will evidence your self evaluation form at your next ofsted inspection.

CLIPART/LABEL PORTFOLIO

This is a powerpoint presentation which can be printed off to make labels for your play resources and also to make a ring binder file where non speaking children can look and identify what resources they wish to us and play with. You may need do download free software from the windows website if you do not have powerpoint on your computer.The pictures include multicultural and mixed ability images.

PRINTABLE PROFORMAS, FORMS AND RECORDS
This folder contains all my forms and proformas and record sheets which you can print off when required

Each section comes with title page indicating which EYFS welfare requirements that section covers; and information of what I presented in addition to this portfolio at my ofsted inspection.

Customise these documents to your requirements, print off the portfolio and put in in a large A4 ring binder to show to parents and ofsted. You can use the documents to evidence your SEF.
