Delivery

All our garments are sent by First Class Royal Mail or next working day Courier.  Our postage rates are based on weight and once you order 6 garments they will automatically be sent by next workday courier anyway.  Please note that you can upgrade to Courier on smaller purchases if you want to, if you choose this option the parcel will need to be signed for and will be within the working day, ie approximately 8.30am until 5.30pm.  Please consider using an alternative address if you think you may not be in to sign for the parcel.  If nobody home the courier will leave a calling card and it will be up to you to organise a second delivery, the courier very often tries to deliver again the next working day if they haven’t heard from you.

We do aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours (with the exception of orders placed after 12.00 noon on a Friday which will be despatched the following Monday and we do not despatch on UK Bank Holidays).  Please allow a working week for delivery by Royal Mail especially at busy times of year (Christmas) or when industrial action is taking place.  If the garments are urgent or are required within a working week then we highly recommend you upgrade to courier.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We only Courier to UK Mainland, if overseas we use Royal Mail airmail packets

Delivery Address

If your EBAY delivery address differs from your Paypal one, we will always delivery to the Paypal address, so please check address before confirming payment.

If you choose Courier please ensure that your delivery address is the one you prefer as a signature will be required.

Returns

You may return any Buy it Now product for a full refund (minus postage) within 14 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Personalised (embroidered) goods cannot be exchanged.  By ‘resaleable condition’ we mean the product has to be unused, in it’s original packaging and unmarked in any way.  It is perfectly acceptable for you to try on the garments but please make every effort not to mark the garments especially with makeup!  Garments that are worn, washed and marked in any way will not be accepted for returns.   Your refund will include the full value of the items returned minus the cost of carriage from us to you.  You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and organising their return by suitable carrier or postal service.  Should any item be delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within 2 (two) working days and we will try to rectify the situation.

Exchange

You can exchange your garments if you require a different size, just send the garments back to us within 14 days – same conditions apply as returns and we will exchange goods by return, there is no extra cost to you when we send the goods back as an exchange.
