2003 Release - Out of Production 2003

I have a New in Box no papers issued with membership pieces, never displayed - Mick - #CT0023 - 2003 Release and Out of Production in 2003. We have Mick here who has planned the picnic and has is packed up and ready to go. With picnic basket in hand and french bread under his arm their on their way. Mick has his little bear friend in the little wagon so he doesn't have to walk so far. This is a great day for a picnic! This figurine is a little over 3 inches tall. This piece was only taken out of the box for inspection and picture. All of my Cherished Teddies are from a non-smoking, adult home. What’s included in your shipping charge: Since I’m not a business, shipping supplies are not tax deductible for me. In order to safely ship your item(s) I purchase bubble wrap, tape, sturdy boxes to fit your purchase, packing peanuts, shipping labels and last but not least Postal shipping charges. These are not cheap and the Postal Rates are on their way up again in May 2009. I try my very best to keep these charges very reasonable. So when you’re filling out the feedback please keep this in mind. Please do not rate me on the Post Office charges, I have no control over it.

I am an avid collector of Cherished Teddies and have been since 1996. I have almost everything Priscilla and now Glenn have created in the Cherished Teddies line in my own personal collection. The pieces I’m selling are not from my own personal collection. I am not a business just a collector. I finally decided to sell of all my duplicates I’ve bought throughout the years. I take great pride in selling top quality bears. I don’t sell bears that I wouldn’t be proud to put in my own personal collection. Most of the bears I sell are new in box, if they aren’t; I clearly state it in my auctions. Even though I only advertise one of a kind in my store I might have duplicates. I do ship worldwide. Insurance is included in the shipping rate for outside the continental US. I ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the US. Buyer pays fixed shipping cost as stated in this auction. I do combine shipping on multiple wins where possible. Please ask. My shipping fees are clearly stated in my auctions for the continental US. This includes shipping and handling, they are fixed rates. I do however, discount shipping for multiple purchases. My packages are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is verified, unless it’s the weekend or holiday. If your payment is received after noon on Friday your package will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday if it’s a holiday. If packages are held longer I will notify you and explain why. You are responsible for any VAT or import taxes imposed by your country.

Clarification: If you purchase an item from me where the condition of the item is marked “NEW” or “NIB”, it is NEW never displayed. If you purchase an item from me where the condition of the item is marked “Mint”, it is USED or I’m not sure whether it’s new or used. The condition will be clearly stated, i.e. Mint gently used. It will also state if there are any chips, nicks, ticks or fading, etc. If you are still unclear PLEASE email me before bidding. Because of the age of some of these pieces, even though the item is new there might be shelf wear or slight fading on the box or the foam packing might be yellowed. That is normal.

I would like all my customers to be satisfied and will try hard to accommodate you the best I can within reason. If you are returning the product you purchased from me you must contact me within 2 days of receipt. The product must be posted back to me within three days of contact. Refunds will be made when the product arrives back to me not until. The item must be returned to me in the same condition I sent it. Below are the return adjustment scenarios:
