Is there a deadline for posting my item? If your item is paid for up to 10:00am on Saturday, your item will be posted on that day.

What if I miss this deadline? Your item will be posted the following Saturday.

Will you combine postage if I win multiple items? Items will not be combined, please do not request this.

What if my item goes missing? We regret that we have no control over the delivery service.

Could you prove that the item was posted? Yes, we always retain proof of postage.

Will you give me feedback? Yes, we encourage feedback on every transaction.

What if you 'forget' my feedback? In the event that we forget, simply send us an Email and we will rectify this.
