This great kit comes with everything you need to make both hard and soft cheese. The book gives clear instructions and the rennet and cultures can be used for a number of production runs. When they eventually run out, you can purchase new in our ebay shop.

This kit has all you need to make two cheeses weighing 400 gram. It contains:

2 plastic cheese moulds with lid and cheese cloth for hard cheese

2 plastic basket moulds for soft cheese

1 large cheese cloth

2 pencil thermometers, 1 each of 0-100°C and 0-60 °C

1 bottle rennet

1 sachet cheese culture

1 sachet yoghurt culture

1 book with cheese making instruction
