We only accept faulty returns as we do not offer home approval on any of our products; therefore please ensure that you do your research before buying from our listings. Any faulty return will be at the cost of the buyer and a replacement will be sent, in the event of a replacement not being available we will offer a refund.
Please ensure that you sign for all goods as unchecked, as in the very unlikely event of good being damaged in transit we are unable to claim for your loss. Once you assemble an item we are unable to claim against any damage in transit. Fragile items and glass are not insured unless you pay the additional insurance premium, if you do not pay the premium we cannot claim, we have no exceptions to these terms and conditions; please also ensure that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
