These are beautiful Authentic Chanel earrings in good vintage condition from the 1960's to 1970's.  These are extraordinary pieces with a black background stone and huge goldtone CCs. They are amazing looking earrings.

 

Size

 

Width:  1 and 7/16th's inch 3.5 cm.

 

This is costume jewellery, which Chanel created to bring glamour to the lives of women who could not afford fine jewellery. Chanel herself often wore a mix of costume and fine jewellery. The gold used is usually an alloy so it is not solid gold or gold plate. The back of the earring has CHANEL stamped directly onto it. Pieces from this era are undated. There are some fine wear marks, which you'd expect in an item around 60 years old. Please examine photographs!

 

They would be a nice addition to your collection or would also make a wonderful gift for someone special. There is a glossy vintage Chanel storage box with this item (photo of the box to be added shortly please check back).

A: Hi. PLEASE SEE NEW PHOTOS of earrings and box! From my perspective, there really is minimal wear on these. But wear is subjective. The catches work. They are exactly as photographed.

 Q: hi, i notised that the outer rims look dark and moteld im asuming that they are shadows or reflections and the rimes are plain gold am i corect? also do you have the reseat and paperwork? kind regards kay
