These are Stunning Authentic Chanel earrings in good used condition from the 93P (1993 Printemps Spring collection).  If you have always wanted a classic Chanel pair of gold tone pearl clips, then these are just beautiful.  These are even more special because they come in a rare 31 Rue Cambon White Chanel Box.

Size

Width:  1 and 1/8ths inch 2.9 cm (across).

These are costume jewellery, which Chanel created to bring glamour to the lives of women who could not afford fine jewellery. Chanel herself often wore a mix of costume and fine jewellery. The gold is an alloy so it is not solid gold or gold plate. The pearl is of course, fake. It is made of glass with hand dipped pearl paint. Clips work well. The rubber backings are a little worn. There is a scratch on one of the pearls. Please examine photographs!  They would be a nice addition to your collection.

These earrings were originally bought at the 31 Rue Cambon Shop in Paris which is Chanel's original store. Items from this store were packaged in white with the word Chanel in Black. Items from other stores are all in black packaging with the word Chanel in white.  So this makes both these earrings and their box more collectable. Genuine French Boucles d'oreilles (earrings). 

Larger size earrings are versatile. They can be a statement item, but can also be clipped to a belt, to a dress on the neckline, to a scarf, tie a small thread around two strands of a pearl necklace and slide the earring in between to make a feature for the necklace, or slide the earring into a simple ponytail. Just be creative.

They would also make a wonderful gift for someone.
