This Chaise Longue Sofa Bed is in very good condition and has only been lightly used..The Chaise Longue itself is 64" o/all length x 30" o/all depth with 15" cushion height and 27" to top of arm.

The base unit opens out to give a bed 74" long x 48" wide x 15" high and includes a matress.
