What you see in the picture is what you get. These are ceramic insulators. They have the markings R22/23 on them. I would say that you could use them as dipole centre pieces or just as an insulator for wire antennas etc and still have a hole to support the item by hanging it from something if you wanted to. Here is my best attempt at sizes:

the three round holes are about 12mm across
I guess taht you can estimate teh size of the other hole.
