Your bid is a contract, Non-Paying bidders will be automatically blocked from our auctions and reported to ebay. Negative feedback will be left for ALL non payers.

Problems can be rectified quickly and easily by our customer service team; leaving negative feedback is not the way to resolve an issue. Returns
- All returns must be reported before dispatch.
- All returns must include invoice.
- Faults must be clearly stated with the item.
- Items ordered incorrectly will be subject to a restocking fee
Faulty Items:
Returns are only accepted if the items are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days. All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice; and the fault must me clearly stated. Customers must contact us before sending returns.
