All items are delivered brand new and in the Manufacturer’s original packaging. Once we have received cleared payment your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Due to the fragile nature of our items the majority of our items are delivered on a pallet.

We use a National Specialized Palletized courier service. We find that this is the safest way to deliver our items.

All Items will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Please take the time to inspect your item when it arrives.

Once you have signed for your item then you are accepting that it has arrived in a good condition and claims for damages after this will not be considered.

Returns

Faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund will be given, however we must be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery of any faults. If you wish to return a faulty product you must inform us within 14 days of accepting the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
