To receive your postage discount please complete the eBay checkout process up through Commit to Buy.  Then request an invoice from us, to do this click the Request total from seller link next to our user ID (Cemcraft).  After you request the total, we will be able to respond with a new invoice that includes the correct shipping cost.  When we send your invoice, click the Pay Now button in the invoice to see your updated total.

We only use the Royal Mail for shipments containing one or two 250g bags, these orders are sent as a First Class Packet.

Orders up to 15kg are sent via Hermes and take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. 
Please note that if you live in Postcodes starting with IM, HS & ZE, there will be an additional £2.00 charge for delivery to those areas.
Any Hermes shipment is full traceable.

If you are in a hurry your order can be sent via DHL Express.  If you are interested in this service please contact us and we can get you a shipping cost.  We will need to know which items and in what sizes it is that you want.  We will also require a full address including postcode and a phone number (this info is required by DHL and we will keep it in the strictest confidence).
