Please note that I am not a stamp dealer, nor by any means an expert.  I try to give as honest and accurate a description as possible, but if there is any problem then contact me as quickly as possible and we can sort things out.

I require payment within two weeks.  I will always pursue non-payers through eBay's Non-Payers Procedures. If you post your payment to me PLEASE include your name and address (printed clearly) and the titles and eBay numbers of the item(s) you are paying for along with your payment.

I will always try to ship out within two working days of payment being received and cleared.  I do occasionally have to work out of the country for 2-3 days at short notice, but I will always try to e-mail buyers if this occurs.  Please allow at least 2 weeks for UK delivery, and of course longer for overseas delivery.

I always send overseas parcels by airmail and of course delivery time depends on where you are. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. Parcels to Europe tend to arrive within a week of dispatch, parcels to USA/Canada within two weeks - but can take longer. I can't be more exact than that!
