Return Policies :

Our replacement of defective item period within 14 days after you received your parcel. If item is defective, return it for the exact same item.

Shipping costs will not be REFUNDED in any case. Bidders return item at their cost and we will ship another item back at our cost, since all DVD/VCD is Original Version from Distributor, they are sealed and brand new. We cannot test it before shipping. In some case the problem cause by dirty of player's lens or compatibility issues, so please check it by more than one player to sure that is defective. Thanks.
