Delivery prices

Prices quoted are based on delivery to the mainland UK. Maximum delivery charge is usually £6.95 to Zone 1 UK. Restrictions may apply on some larger orders.

Price is based on weight and size of products.

Multiple item orders need to combined to receive any applicable postage discount. Request payment total after purchasing and we will combine the items and apply a discount if one is available.

Delivery time

Delivery estimate applies when the following criteria are met:

The order is made before the specified cut-off time. Usually this is 11am Monday-Friday.
Any necessary security checks have been completed.
Delivery address is correct.
Cleared payment has been received in full.

Products supplied remain the property of jws merchandising until the purchase price has been paid in full.

We will do our best to correct any errors and omissions relating to the description of the products advertised on this web-site or occurring in your order. However because of the advanced technology required to process your order we cannot accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change any of the details on the website at any time. For example this could mean that a price or product detail displayed may be incorrect and although you may have received confirmation of your order, we reserve the right to cancel that contract. This would, of course, be without any liability to you so that any payment you may have already been charged will be credited to you as quickly as possible.
 

Feedback.

We will submit feedback once we have recieved feedback from a customer in the first instance. In cases where winning bidders fail to pay for their items, we will initiate eBay's "Unpaid Item Process" process.
 

Returns and Refunds Policy.
 
If, for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 14 working days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. The refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account. If you do wish to return a product, all customers must send an e-mail (stating item number, and buyer user ID) to our customer services team at sales@jwsmerchandising.com  where full instructions for collection/return/refund will be provided. We will not Refund any carriage charges paid or return carriage charges without prior agreement with ourselves.
 

Warranty.

All products are new and provided with a 30 day warranty or 12 month Manufactures Warranty for electrical goods unless otherwise stated in the item listing. In the event of a claim, all customers must send an e-mail (stating order number and buyer user ID) to our customer services team at sales@jwsmerchandising.com  where full instructions for collection/replacement/refund will be provided.
