Payment and Prices
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, but we can accept payment by debit/credit card over the phone. If a payment is sent by an eCheque, the payment must clear before the items are sent.
All prices include VAT charged at 17.5%.
Please note that the prices on Ebay cannot be compared to the prices on our main site as there are different costs involved
Delivery
The price we have shown for delivery is for the UK mainland only. If you would like it to be shipped outside of the UK mainland, please contact us for a quote. Please note that we are unable to ship to certain countries due to restrictions on the transport of oil.
We use a courier for our deliveries and they can normally be expected to deliver the day after we receive the payment for the item. We do allow up to seven days for delivery in case of any problems. Our courier needs a signature to deliver, so please ensure that someone will be available at the address you give.
Returns
Returns can only be accepted once authorised and in unused/unopened condition, complete with the original packaging and with our original invoice.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are the correct fitment or application. We cannot accept responsibility for additional charges incurred if a product does not fit or does not give the desired results; our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods only.
