    The TV-980B features a built-in speaker, as well as an earphone jack. The channel tuning keys are on the front of the unit (Auto Scan). Volume and brightness controls are included on the side. The TV can be powered by your choice of 4 AA batteries or by AC or car adapters (not included). Without batteries, the TV-980 weighs less than half a pound.

    Note to U.S. Customers: This television receiver has only an analog broadcast tuner and requires a converter box. It will work perfectly with cable.
