Guide For New Buyers:

Once you’ve successfully completed the checkout process Ebay and PayPal will each separately send you a sale and payment confirmation email. We get sent these at exactly the same time you do, it confirms that we have your order and that we’ve been paid.

These emails can take up to 1 hour to come through. If you don’t get either of these emails then you haven’t checked out correctly and no money will have been debited from your account. If you do get both these emails, then we have your order and have been paid.

Once we’ve dispatched your order to you we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s on its way. Delivery times are set out above.

Returns Policy:
