Named
for the Latinized form of the name of the great French philosopher and
mathematician, René Descartes (1596-1650), the Cartesio notebook has at its
heart his most famous expression, "Cogito ergo sum." I think therefore I am.
The
Cartesio notebook is a fantastic addition to our range and has a feeling of
simple, minimalist quality when touched and opened. The beautiful soft leather
cover flexes enough to feel sensuous without losing rigidity, and is soft to
touch. A notebook with class, handmade in Italy.
Inside, the Cartesio features archival quality cream lined paper that takes
fountain pen ink beautifully, rounded edges, a rear pocket and handy page
marker. Highly recommended!
