• Items purchased before 11am are posted the same working day, after 11am are posted the next woring day.
  
  
• Items are posted by First class Royal Mail.
  
  
• For piece of mind all items are insured so if your item is not received we will be able to either send you a replacement or give you a full refund

• We accept the return of items within 14 days of the purchase date. If you change your mind or want to return it for any reason we will offer a refund.
  Items due for return should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no refund being given. All refunds are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10%, as we are still charged by ebay, paypal and the post office for the sale. This applies in all cases unless the product is faulty.
   If you need to return the item please contact us first. Returned items must be in a resaleable condition and include everything you received. Under no circumstances are we responsible for costs incurred in returning the package.
  
  
• For days 15 - 30 after the purchase date we only accept the returns of faulty items. If the product develops a fault (accidental damage not included) within this time you can return it for a full refund (return postage charges not included).
