This is for a Piece Work PW-3 from Season one of Veronica Mars.  This is a piece of clothing from the costume Wallace Fennel, Percy Daggs III, wore while filming.  This card is very rare and limited because it is an actual cloth swatch. 

Card is in  NM/Mint and New.
