Wherever possible, we aim to despatch your goods within 2 working days of receipt of CLEARED payment (although we actually try for same-day or next-day despatch). Return policy
Goods returned must be clearly labelled with full documentation, including reason for return.  Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. Our Customer Service dept may arrange for a collection of faulty goods or for smaller items, advise you to return via Royal Mail.
All other goods are returned at the senders' expense. If required, we offer a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel up to a max weight of 30kg from Mainland UK.
