About Us

South Wales Leisure are based in Swansea South Wales.  Everything we sell in our eBay shop is brand new and is described as such.  All our items are brand new and all are at prices far cheaper than the high street because most of the items come straight from our suppliers.  We buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers.  We are a mail order company. We accept payment by: Paypal, Credit Card, Postal Orders, Cheques, Bank Transfer.  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

If you intend to send a cheque please rember it will take 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on fast dispatch once cleared payment has been received.   All our items are next day delivery and in most cases they get delivered on time by our couriers.  If your items are not with you within 48 hours then please call us on 01792700354 and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to check on your items.


Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and Southern Ireland. If in doubt about carriage charges then please call us on 01792700354 for a price check. 


Any items returned to us for failed delivery will carry another deliver charge to the customer plus a charge for the reurned delivery.  We do not do re-directions to alternative addresses after we have dipatched your items to you.   If after the item has been returned to us for a non delivery we will request additional money for a second delivery plus the cost of shipping the item back to us.  If after a returned item you require a refund it will be minus the original P&P cost plus the returned items cost [including free P&P charges].

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced.  Customers who have purchased items incorrectly are responsible for all return shipping costs & shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a refund minus the cost of the original P&P.  All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of the item from us.  Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.
