Caravan AND Car forsale

For Sale- ABI Ace Pioneer 1985 - 4Berth. I have owned this caravan for nearly six years and have been on many holidays with it - It is now getting old but still perfectly functional - Bad points - Chassis cover(fibre glass) behind tow hitch is a bit chewed. The inside is fairly decent apart from the upholstery which was never brilliant - and the front internal hardboard seams could do with some cosmetic TLC. (see picture). Cold water only but has shower/wash room !! Fridge -OK Electrics -fine Gas bottle,Porch awning( used 3 times) - No pretence of being perfect it is what it is - but I would personally take it to France without any fear of breakdown or discomfort - Tows very well !! 

Car is a 1999 V reg. Renault Laguna 1.8 16 valve Alize - silver - good condition for year and usage- used by me for 8 years !

Mileometer shows 182,000 miles but has had a replacement engine fitted which has only done 68,000 miles MOT'd until April 6th. 2010 - Drivers seat upholstery worn (seat cover on now) remainder of seats good - All electric pack inc. sun roof- obviously tow bar and electrics fitted - five spots of rust onthe whole car ! Drives very well. Again would trust the car for many thousands of miles yet !

Reason for selling both of these items is the purchase of a new vehicle and caravan - therefore car has a sorn notice at present. Plus I need the space!!
